We provide you with an individual nutrition plan based on your food preferences and work with you to put together shopping lists and enjoyable meals tailored to your lifestyle.
SUSTAINABLE HABITS
We also provide a plan to put in place positive habits to help you achieve your health goals, such as meal planning and preparation, exercise and sleep. Our coaching encourages gradual adjustments to your diet and habits as research shows it is small habits carried out consistently that create the greatest change.
SUPPORT + ACCOUNTABILITY
We offer a monthly call with your Coach to keep you on track, as well as dedicated email support with our Monthly Plan. You will also have access to a platform to track your progress and receive reminders of your daily/weekly nutrition and habits plans.

Hi, I'm Harriet. I am a Precision Nutrition certified Nutrition Coach. I live in West Cornwall with my husband Sylvain and 2 young boys.
I have worked as a commercial litigation lawyer for 12 years. I appreciate the demands of juggling a high pressured job, with kids and home life, while staying fit, eating well and finding some time for yourself. My husband and I are passionate about living sustainable healthy lifestyles and decided in 2020 to move to Cornwall, and build our family and our own business.
When I'm not working I can usually be found swimming, cycling and running around Cornwall's coastline, or at the beach with my family.
